The second day of creative classes at the Winter edition of the Collins Virtual Retailers Symposium included a class from Impression Obsession in which we made a beautiful set of landscape-inspired mini slimline cards (photo above); and some EGGS-tra special Easter greetings in a class from LDRS Designs (photo below); HOW CUTE are those chicks?!

(PS to our fellow Lawn Fawnatics: we’ll have the new collection in store on the day it’s released– Thursday, September 16th!)
The first class at the Collins Virtual Show was hosted by LDRS, featuring stamps, dies and papers for both Halloween and Christmas. The photo above shows their brand new Pirouette Pattern Templates and stamp set. Spoiler Alert: There will definitely be a Paper Anthology class with this in the future!
Would you like to meet up at Paper Anthology for a brand new, IN PERSON edition of Christmas Card Club; the first in over a year? If so, please read this post CAREFULLY to the very end, there are some new and important CoVid-related details!!!
Some things are the same as they always were: We’ll each be making five cards from one design (pictured above) featuring LDRS’ “Snow Deer to Me” stamps and dies, Dare 2B Artzy’s “Snow Much Fun” collection and a cool new technique for making “snow transparency”. The price will be $25 and includes dinner. The date will be Friday, June 25th, 5pm-9pm.
Some things are NEW… so this is the part to read carefully: We will be limiting this event to the first six fully vaccinated Paper Anthologists who reserve their spots by EMAILING elisabeth@paperanthology.com AND including a photo of their vaccination card. (To give everyone equal footing, ONLY email requests will be taken at this time; no phone calls, FaceBook messages, etc. for this particular event.)
BUT don’t worry: If you can’t make the date, or you’re not vaccinated yet, or you aren’t one of the first six to email Elisabeth, there will be some kits available at a later date, to purchase and make at home; stay tuned for details on those!
We are excited about easing back to in person events and classes, and our first priority isthe safety and peace of mind of all concerned. We will NOT be wearing masks or requiring class members to do so, but please note that all Paper Anthology staff members (Elisabeth, Shari, Betty and Lauren) are fully vaccinated and we’re still taking care to keep surfaces and hands extra clean. If you’d like to wear a mask during class you’re very welcome, but be aware that your (fully vaccinated) fellow participants will not be.
