It might seem odd that Altenew’s new line of embossing folders all have“3D” in their name; afterall, every embossing folder creates a 3D effect, that’s nothing new, right? Except… these are DIFFERENT! They’re much more deeply embossed than traditional folders. So much so, that still photos don’t really convey their intricacies. You should probably watch the video!
This month for Christmas Card Club I turned to an old favorite – an adorable snowman image from Serendipity Stamps (now owned by Impression Obsession) I paired him up with a beautiful embossing folder from Taylored Expressions and a glitter paper bow using a Sizzix die. He’s colored in with Polychromos pencils and adorned with loose glitter, stickles and glossy accents – I love this happy fellow!
