Magnolia Memories (New Class!)

Join Elisabeth for a lovely new three-card class featuring Memory Box’s beautiful Magnolia release as well as a couple of Wendy Vecchi stamps. These  wonderfully crafted dies have intricate detail and are easy to work with. We’ll be playing with Distress Inks and learn how to make an easy inked background.

NEW Class: Backgrounds and Blooms

Join Lauren for a colorful three-card class featuring some of our favorite Wendy Vecchi Studio 490 stamp sets and background stamps. We’ll use a super-simple masking technique to create vibrant multi-patterned backgrounds, then add washi tape, typerwriter font sentiments and big, bold, beautiful blooms colored with their coordinating stencils and a gorgeous palette of Wendy’s Archival Inks from Ranger.

Peek-A-Boo! (New Class)

Join Elisabeth for this new three-card class featuring peek-a-boo card fronts. We’ll play with stencils, piercing dies and embossing folders to create our card fronts, and we’ll adorn our cards with Altenew stamps and dies, as well as Spellbinders and Honey Bee dies.  A cute and quirky sentiment set from Avery Elle will finish everything off!

New Class: All Altenew

Join Elisabeth for this three card set featuring all Altenew – stamps, stencils, embossing folders and dies, oh my!  Learn a new way to paint your flowers, pair an embossing folder with stencils for a stunning (and easy) card, and finally use a Misti to overstamp a pigment ink masterpiece!  (Who doesn’t love the look of white ink of kraft cardstock?!)

New Class: Vintage Hues

Join Elisabeth for this six (6!) card class featuring beautiful Vintage Hues Transparencies from Stamp-On-It.  Always a popular class, these transparencies, paired with glitter film, make for a stunning focal point to your cards!  (The picture never does these cards justice; stop in to see the class samples live – trust me, you’ll want to make your own set!)  Paired with beautiful patterned paper, with Hero Arts and Lawn Fawn sentiments, you’ll whip up this six card set in no time.

Students are requested to bring their basic kit – make sure you have scissors and liquid adhesive, like Nuvo or UltraBond.

SHELL-ebration! (New Class)

Join Lauren for a new three-card class that’s BEACHY keen! We’ll color images from Honey Bee’s Seashells stamp set with Distress Watercolor Pencils (wait until you try them!); and add sentiments from Honey Bee’s Flippin’ Fabulous set. Make a splash with papers from Photoplay’s Beach Vibes collection, fall in love again with old-school round eyelets when paired with May Arts Burlap String, then finish off with colorful diecut foliage and golden sequins. The only question is, will you send these sunkissed cards to your favorite folk, or be SHELLFISH and keep them?

Students are requested to bring their basic kit including all the recommended adhesives (complete list is on the righthand sidebar of the Class and Calendar pages); as well as a fine-tipped waterbrush if they have one.

Bouquet of Blooms (NEW Class!)

Join Elisabeth for “Bouquet of Blooms” a four-card class featuring Avery Elle’s newest stamp set, “Best of the Bunch”. We’ll be creating simple ink blended backgrounds and coloring the images with Copic Markers.  A fun, easy, light and breezy springtime set!  Please bring your basic class kit. NEW Five Card Class: Are We There Yet?

Rev up your engine and race to join Lauren for this fun-fueled FIVE Car(d) Class featuring Honey Bee’s Car Show Stamps and Dies. We’ll color the cars, add them to simple collages of pre-cut map and patterned paper shapes, add washi tape, then construct the easiest ever presentation folder (seriously, it’s two score lines and one cut!) to hold them. The only problem will be deciding whether to send the cards to five different friends… give them as a set to one special person, or… keep them for ourselves! 

Dates available: Monday, 3/6 from 11-2; Saturday, 3/18 from 12-3; or Friday, 3/24 from 6-9. Cost is $32. Email elisabeth@paperanthology.com to reserve your spot. Please bring your basic kit, with all the usual adhesives, including foam tape or dimensionals and a fine-tipped clear-drying liquid adhesive.
