Highlights from the second day of classes at the Collins Show include Pinkfresh Studio’s “Reason to Smile” wreath, stamps, multi-layer stencils and die (above). As well as clever and useful Gift Card wallets (scroll down to see inside) and a gorgeously autumnal slim line card from Stampendous.

My Girls
This layout featuring daughters Magda and Monika (also known as Henry, Emery and Tadzio’s moms) is made with papers and cardstock stickers from P13’s beautiful new collection, Stitched With Love. The title is done with PinkFresh’s Heather Uppercase and Heather Lowercase die sets, each character in both sets (the lower case also has the numerals 0-9) consists of both the letter AND that skinny skinny outline for a super sophisticated look. FYI: Pinkfresh’s Lea’s Ornate Uppercase and Lowercase have the same sort of outline; while their Kelly Uppercase and Lowercase die sets have a pretty pattern of hearts and leaves cut into each letter.
A Few More Cards…
…from the Collins Virtual Show last week. These are some of the cards from the Sample Making Frenzy, featuring new items from Hero Arts, Lawn Fawn, Impression Obsession, LDRS Designs, Buttons Galore, Dare 2B Artzy and Avery Elle (above) and PinkFresh Studios (below); just some of the fun stuff that will start appearing at Paper Anthology this Spring!
The “Obsession” Becomes Literal…
Impression Obsession has always been a well-loved brand at Paper Anthology, but this season they’ve really outdone themselves. Of course there are some terrific single stamps (like Mountain View, featured in the card above) and a line of autumn and winter Serendipity Stamps that will be lots of fun to color. But today’s post focuses on IO’s unique and innovative line of Slimline-sized stamps with nature-inspired designs that can be used on their own or combined to make beautiful scenes.
The series is called Slim Scenes, but of course these stamps could be used with amazing effect on ANY size of card! But they were designed especially for the very hot slimline card size, so they’re quite large (measuring 8.25″ in length) and you’ll find a full-sized stamp platform, like the Regular Hero MISTI, very helpful for making a good impression. Many designs feature several stamps, including Mountain Layers, Treeline Layers, Hillside Duo, Treeline Duo, Town Duo (see the sample, below) others, like Snowy Night, Cloudy Sky and Norway Spruce are singles. The Winter Greetings Sentiment Set coordinates with all of them; and dies like Pinkfresh Studios Slim Edgers and Slim Stitched Rectangles are also very complementary.

A new Class in a kit:
Hi everyone, just sharing a new Class in a Kit that I’ve been working on…it should be in the online store in a few days. All paper is from Dare 2b Artsy. The backpack is also a die from Dare 2b Artsy – this is an amazing die set, super easy to put it together, and the backpack can also be put together as a fun box, without the straps. The pocket on the front is sized to hold a gift card. The backpack is a nice size..it can hold up to 10 A2 cards! The sentiment dies are from Pink Fresh Studios. Everything in the kit will be die cut for you – this will be a fun, easy to put together class! If your interested in the backpack die, reach out to me for more information.
